Insurance Fraud

Before accepting the case related Insurance Fraud we need to survey the scene of incident first. Only after a thorough examination, we can guide you further.

Questioned Documents and Fingerprint

If you have original or photocopy of the disputed document, you can submit the document to us by following ways.

1. Submit the case in-person: You can visit our office and discuss the case with us and share the related documents. Before visiting us, make sure to take an appointment.
2. Submit the case through courier: You can send the documents to us through courier as well. Make sure to follow below guidelines to submit the documents. The below markings will make it easier for us to interpret.
   • Take a photocopy of the document that contains doubtful signature/handwriting/fingerprint.
   • Encircle or mark the questioned/doubtful signature/handwriting/fingerprint enumerated as Q1, Q2, Q3… by pencil. (Q here is Questioned)
   • Encircle or mark the specimen/original signature/handwriting/fingerprint enumerated as S1, S2, S3… by pencil. (S here is Specimen)
3. Submit using Email: Another option is to submit the documents through Email. Make sure to follow below guidelines to submit the documents.
   • Scan the documents using flatbed scanner or if the document is a legal document, scan the document in feeder.
   • Before scanning, make sure to set the scanning resolution between 300 to 600 DPI and the image format should be .jpeg only!
   • Encircle or mark the questioned/doubtful signature/handwriting/fingerprint enumerated as Q1, Q2, Q3… by pencil. (Q here is Questioned)
   • Encircle or mark the specimen/original signature/handwriting/fingerprint enumerated as S1, S2, S3… by pencil. (S here is Specimen)
   • Do not share the documents in PDF format as it reduces the quality of the document.
